Administrative Office
Our Meadowvale Head Office and Warwick Conservation Centre are closed to the public. Deliveries and mail can continue to be dropped off.
Conservation Areas
Visitor and parking capacity limits are in effect to ensure physical distancing. Please follow our COVID-19 Guidelines and provincial and local regulations. Illegal parking is subject to fines and towing. Read all visitor rules.

Please note Belfountain Conservation Area is closed throughout 2021.
Events
The well-being of our participants and staff is our top priority. Many of our workshops and events are being delivered online.
We’re following provincial and local regulations regarding COVID-19 guidelines for outdoor gatherings.
- Stay at home if you are feeling sick, if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive, or are under self-quarantine.
- Practice physical distancing and best hygiene practices in compliance with local and provincial guidelines. We will do everything we can to ensure participants maintain physical distancing at our events. Masks or face coverings are not required at outdoor events if staff and participants can maintain a minimum 2 metre (6 feet) distance between each other. If this is not possible, staff and participants will be asked to wear a safety mask.
- Bring your own snacks, lunch and water.
- Bring your own mask and gloves.
- We will provide equipment. Equipment and supplies are disinfected before and after each use. You can also bring your own.
Dress for the weather and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes or boots. - We’re following provincial and local guidelines for outdoor gatherings.
- You must acknowledge and read all CVC waivers and forms.
- Youth must also bring a signed waiver forms by a parent/ guardian (no digital signatures) in order to participate in the event
- Online registration and COVID-19 pre-screening are required for all CVC events. Each participant must complete the online self-screening 24 hours before an event and upon arrival at the event.
- You will receive notification if events change or are cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
- We will post COVID-19 best practice signage and have visual prompts to guide appropriate spacing.
- We will provide hand sanitizing stations.
- We will collect contact information to assist with contact tracing procedures.
- Social distance units (i.e. bubble e.g. families, close friends, roommates) can participate together.
Planning and Permit Services
We continue to provide uninterrupted services. Our staff are available by email and by appointment via video conference or phone. There is no walk-in service available at this time.
