Plant Trees With Us!
We protect the Credit River, those living in the Credit River Watershed, and its wildlife. One of the most important actions we can take is tree planting. Since 1955, we’ve planted over seven million trees with residents, community groups, corporations and landowners.
When you participate in one of CVC’s tree planting programs, you are helping to restore nature and improve your community by:
- Increasing forest cover
- Fighting climate change
- Creating wildlife habitat
- Increasing property value and adding variety to your landscape
- Improving water quality in our streams
- Protecting groundwater supplies
- Improving your outdoor recreational activities
