This Agreement is between the individual(s) named above (the “Participant(s)”) and Credit Valley Conservation and the Credit Valley Conservation Foundation (together, “CVC”).
1. Consent
I/we (the Participant(s)) consent to CVC using the photograph(s) and/or video produced for this project (“Images”) of me/us and/or the minor(s) listed below during my participation in, or presence at, the location/event identified above.
2. Licence to CVC
I/we grant CVC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use my/our name, image, voice, likeness, and/or appearance in the Images for CVC purposes, including without limitation:
• Website and social media platforms
• Printed brochures, signage or promotional materials
• Paid advertisements (digital or print)
• Media and press features
• Partners and promotional campaigns
3. No Compensation
I understand that I will not receive compensation or royalties for the capture or use of the Images, now or in the future.
4. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless CVC, its employees, contractors, partners, successors, and assigns from any claims arising from the use of the Images, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of moral rights, except where prohibited by law.
5. Withdrawal of Consent (Future Use Only)
I may withdraw my consent for future use of the Images by contacting CVC at the email below. I understand that withdrawal cannot require CVC to recall, remove, or delete Images already published, printed, distributed, or in active campaigns. Contact for questions or withdrawal requests:

6. Parent/Guardian Consent for Minors
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and I consent to the capture and use of the minor’s Images under this release.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
