Credit Valley Parks Cancellation and Date Change Request Form

By choosing this selection you understand refunds will be granted in accordance with the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking, based on the time of submitting this form.

Refund permitted: The admission fees will be refunded if you cancel your booking a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The reservation fee is non-refundable (if applicable). Applicable refunds will be issued within 24 hours.

No refund permitted : Bookings are not eligible to be refunded if you fail to show up or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit. All fees are forfeit.

Belfountain Date Change

Date or Time Changes: All fees are transferable to a new date or a credit can be issued for a later date in the same operating year, if requested any time before your booking. The credit can be used at Belfountain Conservation Area. Credits are non-refundable.

Cancellations up to 24 hrs in advance – Rental fees will be refunded if visitors cancel up to 24 hours before their booking. A $5 reservation fee(s) that was added to your original booking are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 24 hrs or fail to show – If visitors do not cancel their booking 24 hours prior to their booking time all fees are forfeit. If visitors fail to show for their booking, rental fees, and reservation fees are forfeit.

Date Change Policy  – Visitors are eligible to transfer their booking to a new date if the new date is available and if the request is made prior to the original booking time. A second date change request is subject to the cancellation policy above.
