Cedarvale Park In-Stream Litter Cleanup
August 9 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Keep Cedarvale Park Clean and Green
Participants will help collect litter within the creek that runs through Cedarvale Park, as well as the surrounding park to create a healthy green space in the community. Removing litter helps protect our wildlife and prevents plastic and other pollutants from entering our local rivers and streams.
Litter pickers, garbage bags, waders and gloves will be provided. Please note that participants are not required to go in-stream.
This event is part of the Hungry Hollow Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Plan (SNAP).
