As part of the planning process for the Jim Tovey Lakeview Conservation Area Environmental Assessment, a Terms of Reference notice of submission to the Ministry of the Environment, other agencies and the public for review as required under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act.

property; and (iv) evaluates landowner preferences for compensation.
