In light of COVID-19, Credit Valley Conservation is taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, communities and people while ensuring we continue to provide uninterrupted services.


At this time, the CVC head office is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Staff are working remotely and any meetings with staff should continue to occur digitally via email, phone or video conference, if possible. Please contact your CVC planner or regulations officer regarding an active file you have with us. At this time, the CVC head office continues to be closed to the public. If you have a general inquiry or would like information from our planning counter the best method of contact is via email at Any meetings with staff should continue to occur digitally via email, phone or video conference, if possible. There is no walk-in service available at this time.


We continue our high-quality commitment to client service by being available via email, video conference or phone and for site visits, inspections or feature staking. For existing files, submissions can be made digitally – and there continue to be several options to make payments so please consult with your file contact. You can help us by prioritizing your business-critical needs, ensuring submissions are complete, on time and digital where possible. General inquiries and new permit applications can continue to be directed via email to Although we prefer to receive digital submissions, you can drop off hard (paper) files or applications to our Head Office. Note due to the limited access staff has to the office, there may be delays in processing hard (paper) copy submissions.


As always, staff will continue to communicate with you. We will inform you on the status of our review and your application. We’ll also keep you up to date if there are any changes and when our office will re-open to the public.
