In light of COVID-19, Credit Valley Conservation is taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, communities and people while ensuring we provide uninterrupted services.
Here is what you can expect from our Planning and Development Services team over the coming weeks:
ENHANCED DIGITAL ACCESS
We will continue our high-quality commitment to client service by being available via email, video conference or phone. For existing files, submissions can be made digitally – and there continue to be several options to make payments so please consult with your file contact. You can help us by prioritizing your business-critical needs, ensuring submissions are complete, on time and digital where possible, and by bearing with us as we adapt our business operations. General inquiries and new permit applications can continue to be directed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make arrangements with us beforehand if you will be dropping off paper files or applications to our Head Office.
FILE STATUS COMMUNICATION
As always, staff will continue to communicate with you. We will inform you on the status of our review and your application. We’ll also keep you up to date if there are any changes and when our office will re-open to the public.

For planning or permit related concerns and mapping requests you may contact a member of the planning department at firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite a response please include the address, including lot and concession (when possible) and municipality the subject property is located in.
