September 29, 2016 – The fall season is a special time to explore with family and friends. Splashes of red, orange and yellow colour the treed landscape and highlight the beauty of nature.  It’s the perfect time to get outdoors and enjoy the crisp fresh autumn air at your local conservation area. Join Credit Valley Conservation for its first annual Fall Festival at Terra Cotta Conservation Area this October. The family-friendly event will take place on Saturdays in October (1, 8, 15 and 22) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Take a trip to the park and enjoy food and refreshments, including beer from the Caledon Hills Brewery. Take in music and family entertainment in a beautiful fall setting. Explore trails by foot or take a wagon ride around the park. Children’s activities include face painting and games. Visit our ‘pumpkin patch’ to purchase your Halloween pumpkin.

Enjoy Art in the Park sessions and guided photography hikes throughout the festival. Space is limited. Registration is required for these sessions which include free entry to the festival. To register for these sessions, visit

Cost: $8/ adult, $5/ child (6-14) and senior (60 plus). Members receive FREE admission.
