Bundle up the family and head to Riverwood Park  as  The Riverwood Conservancy with Visual Arts Mississauga present a morning of natural wonder and artistic inspiration.

Spend half of your morning with The Riverwood Conservancy and enjoy a teacher led nature walk, hand feed wild birds and warm up with hot chocolate. Combine that with a visit to the art studio at the Visual Arts Mississauga, where friendly art instructors will awaken your imagination and help you create your own chickadee inspired art piece.

Who:  Nature and art lovers of all ages. All children require adult supervision.  Please leave the family dog at home.

What: Teacher-guided family fun

When:  Jan. 3, 4 and 5, 2012.  Choose 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. or 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Where: MacEwan Field Station & Visual Arts Mississauga Art Centre in Riverwood Park, Mississauga, 4100 Riverwood Park Lane Mississauga.
