Partnering with the Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation and Credit Valley Conservation, the Credit River Alliance is hosting a networking event that explores key policy issues and areas of need in the watershed.

This event will encourage collaboration, provide networking opportunities and allows attendees to learn more about the Greenbelt review. Feedback received will strengthen the framework for the Greenbelt. Representatives of groups from Mississauga and Brampton will be invited to give input on the Urban River Valley development.

Tour-goers will see key sights along the Credit River by train while crossing the Greenbelt at one of its widest sections.

9:30 a.m. – Welcome

9:45 a.m.-10:30 a.m. – Speed Networking and Partipant Sharing Session

10:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. – Strengthening our Greenbelts Sessions

11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. – Greenbelt Lunch and Networking

12:30 p.m.-12:45 p.m. – Travel to Orangeville Train Station*

1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. – Grey to Greenbelt Train Tour

*Orangeville Train Station is located at  49 Town Line Road in Orangeville
