Free In-School Workshops

Interested in having the Credit Valley Conservation Education team visit your class for a free, hands-on workshop?

These workshops are curriculum-linked and present local watershed science in fun interactive ways. Limited availability due to geographic location. Sign up today!

Workshops offered:

Explore Nature – Kindergarten – Grade 2  (30 minutes)
Learn about habitats and animals with this interactive storytime.

The Wild Wild Watershed – Grade 3-5  (45 minutes)
Students will explore local watershed habitats and participate in some animal games to learn more about local wildlife.

M.A.D. Science – Grade 6-8  (45 minutes)
Learn about climate change and how the natural environment helps to mitigate the impacts, with this game show style program.
