On behalf of the Region of Peel, Credit Valley Conservation, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and Mississauga Ward 1 Councillor Jim Tovey, we invite you to a ‘ground making’ celebration on Saturday, September 24, 2016 to kickoff construction of the Lakeview Waterfront Connection project.

The new 26-hectare conservation area will transform Mississauga’s Lakeview neighbourhood into a hub for passive waterfront recreation, a hotspot for wildlife migration and a green oasis in the heart of the city.

This celebration is our way of saying thank you to the residents and stakeholders who have helped make this project a reality.
