Yoga in the Park at Terra Cotta CA

Connect with Nature
Join us for yoga at beautiful Terra Cotta Conservation Area. Meditation, breath work, and yoga postures will guide us inwards toward balance and harmony as we draw strength from the elements of nature.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat (or beach towel/mat) to practice on. Class will be outdoors on grass.
About this Event
Michelle, our yoga instructor, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. She is a lifelong student of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Her practice is inspired by her love of nature, enjoyment of movement and gratitude for our connection to all things. Michelle’s community-focused, slow-flow Vinyasa classes welcome you to your true nature.
This recurring series will take place Wednesday mornings from August 10 to September 21 (excluding August 17). Session are from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
