Learn about Animals that Live in a Wetland Community

Come and learn about the animals that live in a wetland community during this 1-hour interactive family-friendly program. Participants will explore a pond habitat, try to catch and identify benthic invertebrates, and also learn about these species as indicators of water quality. Afterwards, participants will go on a short discovery hike to learn about the wild and wonderful creatures that call a wetland “home”.

About this Event

Families can reserve a space for up to 5 members of their household.

Regular admission rates apply at the gatehouse upon entry to Terra Cotta Conservation Area. Free admission to the park for Conservation Parks members.
