See firsthand how Birdseye Farm, a local poultry and cash crop producer, uses traditional and innovative approaches to composting horse manure, poultry manure and deadstock to reduce waste management and soil fertility costs and improve soil health.

We’ll break down the science of composting, discuss the importance of incorporating organic material into your farm operation and how to get started.
