Do you wish you could name the trees in your community? Are you interested in learning more about trees? Join CVC educators on a Tree Identification Walk to discover the diversity of trees in your neighbourhood. At this walk, CVC educators will share tips and tricks on how to identify common trees in your neighbourhood.
Learn to use books, apps and other simple tools to improve your skills and knowledge while enjoying fall colours with your neighbours.
Accessibility note: The walk will take place on paved pathways and sidewalks. Some surfaces may be uneven and grassy.
In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, the event will be postponed to Sunday, October 16 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
This event is part of the Fletchers Creek Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Plan (SNAP).
