The Nature of Yoga – Harvest & Yoga

Join certified yoga instructor and self-proclaimed nature junkie Melissa Ward back in beautiful Terra Cotta Conservation Area for a nature hike and cozy Yin Yoga session on the eve of the Harvest Moon.

Give yourself a 2-hour break from your busy life for a healthy dose of nature therapy. Connect with yourself and your surroundings, crunch some leaves under your feet and enjoy the fall colours. After our hike we will sip on spiced tea back inside the cozy Watershed Learning Centre before a full hour of yin yoga!

 Meet at the Watershed Learning Centre building in the park.


  • 1 hour guided hike
  • 1 hour of relaxing Yin Yoga
  • Spiced tea
  • Essential oils
  • Crystals to take home


  • Comfortable, cozy clothing, runners or hiking boots
  • Yoga mat (all other props will be provided)
  • Water bottle
  • ID or proof of purchase

All are welcome. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to park and check-in at the Watershed Learning Centre. Purchase your ticket today to reserve your spot, as space is limited! Email with any questions.
