Spring Indoor Yoga

Journey to the woods for a spring yoga series at Terra Cotta Conservation Area hosted by Humans in Nature. These classical hatha yoga programs are offered in the warmth and comfort of the Watershed Learning Centre, immersed in the natural beauty of the Niagara Escarpment. Programs will include guidance through yoga postures as well as breath awareness and is suitable for all skill levels. Please bring your own mat.

  • $50 for the 3-program series 
  • $18 for an individual session 
  • Fee includes HST and park admission – make the most of each day and explore the trails before or after your yoga session!

A discount is available for Credit Valley Conservation Parks Members. To receive a discount code, please email with your name, parks pass number and type of parks pass (i.e. Individual or Family and Friend).

*This program is suitable for ages 14 years and up. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
