Bring your yoga practice to Belfountain Conservation Area for a classical hatha yoga program in the natural beauty of the Credit River and gorge. This yoga program is suitable of all skill levels and will guide you through a series of yoga postures as well as breath awareness. Come enjoy the yoga, fresh air and scenery!  

This program is suitable for ages 16 years and up. Bring your own mat, blanket or towel as well as a hat, sun protection and water.

Cost is $14 per person per date, plus HST. Fee includes park admission. Registration is required.

In inclement weather, programs may be relocated to a shelter or indoor location at Terra Cotta Conservation Area at the discretion of the instructor. Cancellation due to weather will be announced 24 hours in advance to registered participants. Full refunds will be issued for any cancelled programs.
