Landscaping for Pollinators – Free Gardening Workshop

Learn how to attract butterflies, bees and other local pollinators to your yard with Melanie Kramer and Melissa Creasey from Credit Valley Conservation. Discover which local, native plants pollinators love and ways to use them to create beautiful landscapes. Sharpen your gardening skills as you learn how to provide safe and healthy pollinator habitat throughout the year.

Local attendees can sign up to receive three free native pollinator-friendly plants to help get them started. This is a free event, but registration is required.

Melanie Kramer is the Senior Coordinator of Sustainable Home Landscapes at Credit Valley Conservation where she draws upon her expertise in landscape architecture and her passion for native plant gardening to help urban homeowners create beautiful, more sustainable landscapes.

Melissa Creasey is the Coordinator for Urban Landowner Outreach at Credit Valley Conservation where she draws upon her research in songbird conservation and her passion for creatures big and small to develop resources for landscaping with birds and pollinators.
