Island Lake CA Family Fun Day – UPDATED

Family Day events will be hosted on Sunday, February 18th due to expected weather on Monday.

Join us for family fun in the great outdoors! Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities with the whole family at Island Lake Conservation Area.

Activities include:

  • Learn to ice fish – free ice fishing demonstration and tips
  • Bring your skates and glide around the lake, ice conditions permitting
  • Try kicksledding* – Free, limited rentals available
  • Explore the trails
  • Try Crokicurl, ice conditions permitting

Don’t forget to register for our fishing derby.  Family Day is the last day to reel in a big one!

Round out your day of fun with hot dogs and marshmallow roasting around the fire (available for purchase onsite). Proudly sponsored by the Friends of Island Lake in partnership with CVC.
