Caring for Your Land and Water Workshop: A Free Workshop for Rural Landowners

At this workshop rural landowners will be introduced to a landowner funding program and taken through a guidebook that will give them the tools and resources to best manage their properties. CVC’s knowledgeable staff will be there to assist participants through the completion of worksheets on special interest topics such as: forests, wetlands, septic systems, water wells and landscaping. Participants will come away from the workshop prepared to create an action plan for the land and water on their property and with an understanding of the steps needed to apply for project funding. Participants receive property maps, Your Guide to Caring for the Credit Guidebook, and a free homeowner stewardship kit.

Registration is required. Your lot, concession, and township are required for registration. Landowners should own one acre or more of rural property.
