Spring is nearly here and that means CVC’s Countryside Stewardship team is heading out into the rural watershed to participate in several upcoming Home and Garden Shows.

Have you ever wondered how CVC could help you care for and protect the natural areas on your property? Or what programs and services we offer to rural landowners? Well come on out to the Orangeville, Halton Hills or Erin home shows and check out our booth.

Stewardship staff will be at all 3 shows with information on wells and septic systems, creating wildlife habitat on your property, wetland, stream and pond enhancements, CVC’s Tree Planting and Your Green Yard for rural neighbourhoods programs and much more.

Drop by and grab a list of our 2013 landowner workshops and a free poster. Join our new Countryside Stewardship Network and your name will be entered into a draw for a free native tree or shrub.

Check out our website for more information on CVC’s Countryside Stewardship program and rural landowner services.
